Shipping policy

We are a Print-on-Demand (POD) store in South Africa, and items in our online store are only available for delivery to addresses in South Africa only. Any shipments outside of South Africa are not available at this time.

General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time that you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the amount of the item, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Zones
Main Centres: 2-3 days.
Rural: 4-5 days.
Carriers: We partner with The Courier Guy for our deliveries.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
We also allow for pre-arranged local pick from our pickup point in Suiderberg.
Flat Rate/Free Shipping: Offer options like free shipping over a certain order value as an incentive.

Fulfilment Process:
Your order are prepared by us in our Pretoria location as soon as full payment of the order is received. Due to product availability and timelines we strife to fulfil your order, ready to be shipped in 5-7 workdays.

Customer Information Instructions:
To ensure a speedy delivery process, please ensure that your address details are correct, and please advise on any special instructions for the courier.
As soon as you order shipped, you will be provided with a track number via email.

Damage Items in Transport
Due to the brittle nature of ceramic products and we take great care in packing your order in safe and secure packaging, accidents can happen. Please see out Return and Refund Policy for instructions in the case of an accident.
